Postpartum Chia Pudding recipe

If you are expecting or have just given birth this is the perfect treat for you! This recipe is absolutely delicious, easy and quick! It is also packed with healthy fats and lots of protein!

If you are trying to find some healthier options, this is yummy one!❤️ You can prepare this in the evening and it will be ready in the morning for a healthy breakfast or a snack! And if you add in a few of your favourite fruits (ie: raspberries, blueberries or strawberries) You can serve this chia pudding with cream or even coconut milk and a touch of cinnamon!

Chia Pudding


〰️1 cup of unsweetened canned coconut milk/almond milk etc

〰️2 tbsp of chia seeds

〰️1/2 vanilla extract

What to do next

Mix ingredients in a glass jar or bowl

Blend/mix until smooth

Place in the fridge, covered overnight or for at least 4 hours

Before eating ensure the chia seeds have gelled and the pudding has thickened
